Your group rate will be $99 single or double. Your confirmation email from the Peppermill will indicate that a resort fee will be added to the room rate of $99. The GWTTRA contract with the Peppermill eliminates any resort fee for GW attendees to the conference.

Cancellation policy: Full refund of the conference will be issued if cancellation is received by 5pm, March 1st, 2017. Half the symposium registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received after 5pm March 15th 2017. No refund will be granted after 5pm March 28th, 2017. Hotel cancellation must be done directly with the hotel and is subject to their cancellation policy.
